These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings made with Chocolate. Chocolate is run by DOMC Partners Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) at G/F, 2 Lan Kwai Fong, Central, Hong Kong.

Bookings

Bookings are made by WhatsApp or by phone. A booking request is not confirmed until a member of our team replies to confirm it.

If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp or by phone, so we can offer the table to someone else.

Private hire is arranged directly with our team. The details of each private hire, including any minimum spend or deposit, are agreed in writing for that event, and those agreed terms apply to it.

Alcohol

You must be 18 or over to buy or be served alcohol. Our staff may ask for proof of age and may refuse service to anyone who cannot provide it. We may also refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.

The drinks, food and prices on this website are taken from our current menu. They may change, and the menu in the bar on the day is the one that applies. All prices are in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to a 10% service charge.

Happy hour prices apply daily from 5pm to 9pm, to the drinks marked with a happy hour price on the menu. Photographs show how our drinks and food are served; presentation may vary.

Using this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Opening hours may change on public holidays or for private events; if you are making a special trip, message us first.

The text, photographs, video, logo and design of this website belong to DOMC Partners Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Hong Kong law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on the information on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you make a booking is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.
